Professional Portrait Day with Gretchen Willis Photography will allow you to be present with your students or players, while I take the reins and run the day. I will contact parents. I will field all their questions. I will bring everything I need to make the day a success and make you look good! And because all orders are placed online and shipped to families’ homes, your teachers and coaches will love that they aren’t keeping track of envelopes and money or handing out photo packages. It’s a win for everybody!

Safety
I take safety very seriously. We live in a scary world and trust is not given, it’s earned. If you’re new to working with me, I understand that I haven’t yet earned your trust but I want to do everything I can to help you and your families feel comfortable working with me.
This Includes:
• I require one representative from your organization to be present at all times. This can be a parent volunteer, paid employee, etc.; someone who knows the kids and can report back to the organization
• I am happy to complete any background checks or volunteer paperwork as requested. Please allow me adequate time to complete these forms and return them to you before picture day.
• I do not share subject information outside of my business. Individuals contacting me for photo access (who are not already on the roster of subject information) will verified as safe by me contacting a group leader before any information is shared.
• Any families with concerns about their child being in a group photo will be given the opportunity to have their child in a separate group photo available only to them, with the other group photo available to other parents.
