The weather was perfect. The sun was shining and the temperature was just below warm, with a gentle breeze. Young men and young women weaved in and out of one another at Paquette Park in Portage, WI. Each student searched for their friends to say hello and show off their beautiful dress or handsome tuxedo. It’s Prom 2017.
